GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE These general terms and conditions apply to all training courses offered by Racines de Vie. They form an integral part of the registration form for the various courses. The registration deposit is payable by bank transfer to confirm registration. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be retained to cover administrative costs. The remaining balance for the training must be paid in a single installment by bank transfer no later than eight days before the start of the training. In case of withdrawal or cancellation during the training, the balance remains due. In case of force majeure, it is possible to participate in subsequent courses at no extra cost. Any late payment will incur an annual interest charge of 8%. In case of non-payment, a penalty clause equivalent to 10% of the outstanding amount will be automatically applied without prior notice, with a minimum penalty of €25. These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes concerning the validity, interpretation, performance, termination, or cancellation of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Walloon Brabant.
