The session begins with a thorough consultation and an assessment based on foot observation. This helps the body and soul find their path to healing and overcome certain emotional blockages. After a 30-minute discussion, we proceed with an hour of foot reflexology and work on the energy meridians. This session is ideal for a comprehensive assessment during an initial consultation. Two important practical points: - As a certified reflexologist recognized by BeVO, my sessions may be partially reimbursed by many health insurance providers. Please check with your provider and bring the necessary form to your appointment. - Remember to wear loose-fitting clothing for your session. This allows me to access the acupressure points between the foot and knee and between the elbow and hand more easily. It's also important for the proper flow of energy in your body.
